Sun Homes’ owner Kevin Minne brings a quarter of a century of construction experience as a contractor and project manager to every project. Plus, Kevin's resume includes 10 years performing building analysis for investors, contractors and property buyers.

Founder of Sun Homes and Premier Property Inspections, Kevin is a licensed general contractor serving the Front Range of Colorado from Greeley on the north to Keystone on the west to Colorado Springs on the south.
